Emeryville run last week. Took a shorter, more urban route. Had a solid 5 mile run the day before and only did 3.5 that day. Sometimes a quiet, early morning urban run can be more peaceful than running in the middle of nowhere. Maybe it's all mental, but it makes you feel like everything is clean, fresh, and un-tainted.
Made a delicious shake the other day. A greek yogurt, almond milk, 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter, and a frozen banana.
