9 hours of sleep last night- safe to say that I’m just about
caught up. We’re currently house shopping and the realtor had 6 houses for us
to look at. I had every intention of getting up at 5am, going to the gym,
making breakfast, enjoying some coffee and cleaning up around the apartment.
What happened? I made the mistake of only setting one alarm, I turned it off
and went back to sleep. When I woke up I found my phone under my pillow.
Clearly my subconscious didn’t want to be woken up this morning. Not sure when,
or if, I’ll be getting to the gym today, but definitely getting in some kind of
workout.
Today’s food plan:
Breakfast
1 plain bagel
2 thin slices bacon
2 over easy eggs
Lunch
¾ slice supreme pizza, light cheese
(Yes you can enjoy pizza every now and then. Keep in mind
not to eat half the pizza and not have too many times throughout the week.)
Dinner
We ended up ordering Thai takeout (one of my favs!). I love the flavors of thai food. I could have gone crazy but managed to control my portion sizes. We ordered:
Pad Thai
Shrimp Spring Rolls
Chicken & Spinach (some kind of saute)
Chicken Wings (I didn't eat these- not a big fan of chicken wings)
Pineapple Fried Rice (NOM NOM NOM)
Yellow Chicken Curry
Chopped Ribs
So much deliciousness all on one table. Wish we could eat like that every night. 'Er damn day. lol
