Sticky rice with Chinese Sausage and Dried Shrimp Recipe

Sticky rice with Chinese Sausage and Dried Shrimp
Ingredients
2 cups Japanese sticky rice
6-8 Chinese Sausages
1/4-1/2  cup Dried Shrimps (based on flavor preference)
1.5 cups cilantro
4 large Shiitake mushrooms
4 cloves garlic


Instructions

1. Thoroughly rinse rice until water is clear. Put in rice cooker, or for stove top: put in large pot just covering with water on low-medium heat. For stovetop, watch carefully and stir regularly every 5-10 minutes until water is soaked into rice.

2. Soak dried shrimp for 20-30 minutes. Ones soaked, drain water and finely chop.

3. Meanwhile, finely chop chinese sausages, mushrooms, and garlic.

4. Add shrimp, sausage, mushrooms and garlic to saute pan. Cook until sausage starts to brown.
5. Meanwhile, clean and finely chop cilantro

6. Once the rice is done add saute mixture.


7. Add cilantro once ready to serve.
